(a) Should be a Nepalese citizen.(b) The trainee's age should be between 18 and 35 years.
(c) The trainee should have at least 2 years of working experience in fields such as industrial establishments, industrial businesses, factories, agricultural cooperatives, community organizations, and hotel tourism businesses, which have been registered and operating under the Ministry of Industry of the Government of Nepal for at least 3 years.
(d) Should have at least two years of working experience in a related industry, enterprise, or organization related to construction work.
(e) The trainee should currently be employed in Nepal's industrial establishments, institutions, or agencies.
(f) Should have received training in the Japanese language and culture.
